Fill a Box For a Child
In 2018, the Carolina's were devastated by the damage of hurricane Florence. All too familiar with hurricane aftermath, Safety Vision employee Mark Kedda was passionate about returning the kindness Houston was given during hurricane Harvey. Kedda and his friend, Mary McAnally, organized the "Fill a Box For a Child," program. They sought out to collect donations for students of HJ Macdonald Middle School, a school that was severely affected by hurricane Florence. Kedda and McAnally received an overwhelming amount of support, and hundreds of boxes were quickly filled and sent off. After receiving their boxes, the students of HJ Macdonald Middle School sent Kedda this heartwarming message.
